WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A CLASS?
As long as you are wearing suitable clothes and footwear all you need to bring is some WATER and a SMILE! All equiptment and mats will be provided. A small towel may be useful for aerobic classes.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
No - not for drop in classes, they are pay as as you go so just turn up and pay! No joining fees, no contracts and no long term committment! I do run a booking system for the smaller classes due to the limited space so give me call if you would like to book into one of these on 07917 033670

CAN ANYONE PARTICIPATE?
Regular physical exercise is fun and healthy and is very safe for most adults, however some people need to obtain their GP's consent before commencing an exercise programme. If you are between 16-69 years of age answering the short question on the below health questionnaire will tell you if you need to consult your doctor before starting.
