ALL ABOUT ME...

I've always had in interest in Sport and Exercise and specialised in Sports Science at University. I then got lured to the city by the bright lights and spent a number of years working in sales and marketing. Starting my own family provided the ideal opportunity to rethink my plans ... thus I went back to by fitness passion and trained as an aerobics instructor. Now I can really say I love my job... and it helps keeps me fit and healthy to run after my two boys!
